Google Ads Vienna — Personal Management by a Specialist
Running Google Ads in Vienna predictably means one thing: working on the account every week. Reviewing search terms, extending negative lists, adjusting bids, testing new ad copy, refining PMax asset groups. Not summarizing it in a monthly report — doing it continuously.
I manage Google Ads strategy, setup and ongoing optimization for businesses in Vienna and the DACH region. I have managed €100K+ in ad spend. You work directly with the person managing your account.
What you actually get
-
01
Full account audit
47 checks: campaign structure, conversion tracking, Quality Score, search terms, PMax asset groups, audience signals, negative keywords, automation rules. The audit report with prioritized actions stays with you — regardless of how things go.
-
02
A clean account structure
One account — one logic. Search separated from PMax, PMax not cannibalizing brand search, remarketing not conflicting with new-customer campaigns. When a structure has grown messy, it gets rebuilt without losing historical data.
-
03
Conversion tracking that's correct
GA4, Google Ads Conversion Linking, Enhanced Conversions, offline conversions from the CRM where it makes sense. Without clean tracking every optimization is blind — that's what I check and fix first.
-
04
Weekly optimization
Search terms, bids, negative keywords, ad copy, landing-page tests — every week. Monthly optimization in 2026 is burned budget, especially with PMax and its 2–3 week learning phase.
-
05
Transparent report every 2 weeks
A Looker Studio dashboard you can open yourself, whenever you want. Real metrics: CPL by source, ROAS, which search terms work, which ones I excluded and why.
-
06
Direct contact
WhatsApp, Signal or email — a reply within one business day. You talk directly to the person working on the account. If something is urgent, you message me directly.
-
07
No lock-in
Month to month. If it doesn't work, we part ways — the account stays with you, with full history and all access.
Who this fits — and who it doesn't
A fit
- Companies in Vienna or the DACH region with an ad budget from €1,500/month in Google Ads
- Willingness to commit to at least a 3-month horizon (PMax needs data)
- One decision-maker I work with directly
- You want to understand what's happening and make decisions based on data
Typical cases: real-estate agents in Vienna (€2–5k), local services (photographer, salon, restaurant), B2B SaaS in DACH (€3–10k), e-commerce from €5k with a ROAS focus.
Not a fit
- Budget under €800/month — the math between retainer and ad budget simply doesn't add up
- A one-off seasonal campaign over 4 weeks — structurally pointless
- Affiliate or gray-area niches — I don't do those
- You need a 5-person team, your own legal department, 24/7 support — for that a larger structure is the right choice
How I work — 4 steps
-
01
Week 0 — Intro call
30 minutes, free. What's there, what's the goal, what's the budget, what's the horizon. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so right away.
-
02
Week 1 — Audit
Fixed price €450. A full audit report across 47 checks. If it makes more sense to rebuild the account than to optimize it, I'll tell you honestly and explain why.
-
03
Weeks 2–3 — Setup
Tracking, structure, copy, landing-page review. A transparent plan for the first 90 days with realistic CPL expectations.
-
04
From week 4 — Ongoing management
Weekly optimization, a report every 2 weeks, direct contact. Month to month, no lock-in.
What it costs
The audit is credited against the first month if we work together. I don't take a percentage of the ad budget — that's a structural conflict of interest. A retainer means my job is maximum ROAS, not maximum spend.
Frequently asked questions
- Can we start without an audit?
- Technically yes, recommended no. Without an audit it's a shot in the dark, and I can't guarantee a result on a structure I don't understand. The audit usually pays for itself by the 2nd or 3rd working week.
- How long until results are visible?
- Search campaigns: 2–4 weeks for first signals. PMax: 4–6 weeks because of the learning phase. A stable pattern: at least 3 months. Faster promises like "results in 7 days" are usually based on remarketing effects, not real new-customer growth.
- What about PMax — is it really as good as Google promises?
- It works when set up correctly (asset groups, audience signals, exclusions, brand exclusions). Out of the box, PMax eats your brand traffic and shows a "great ROAS" that's 80% made up of people who searched for you by name. That's the first thing I fix.
- Do you handle the tracking setup too?
- Yes — GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking (if needed), Conversion Linking, Enhanced Conversions, offline conversions from the CRM. That's normally part of the setup phase.
- What if I already have an agency or a partner?
- First an intro call, then an audit. I look at the account and show you what's running well and where the potential is. Based on the data, you decide how to proceed.
- Do you only work in Vienna?
- I work as a freelancer from Vienna, across DACH. Most clients are in Vienna and the surrounding area, but also Linz, Graz, Munich, Berlin. Intro call: online or offline (a café in Vienna).
- Language — German or English?
- Both. Many of my clients are international founders in Vienna for whom English is natural. The account language on the client side can be anything.
